I love the idea of the service, but this app has problems. It crashes if anything on your phone plays a noise, be it text or advertisement. The purchase system is buggy(bought a book and was only given 2 of 8 parts), and I get the feeling that employee training for dealing with the app is less than uniform based on how they handled/fixed my above issue.

Love SBT content, but the app has been rough. The beginning of every chapter of the book I'm listening to takes some time to...load(?) despite having downloaded it. The result is that it plays for maybe 10 seconds with no audio so I have to go back to catch what I missed every chapter. Definitely breaks any immersion into a book. edit: it doesn't play sound at the start of each chapter until I unlock my phone and re-open the app. so I have to restart each chapter

Great company, horrible app. I used to have a pixel 6 so I always attributed it to that but it is doing the same things on my pixel 10. App start up times vary but the average is about 15 minutes if it does at all. I have no clue if it is just stuck or loading because the screen only shows their icon which just mocks you while you wait. I would like to listen to my purchases and honesty to give you more money. It's very difficult to do that with an app that doesn't work
